💧
I removed the last piece of my clothes and laid it on the ground where you were patiently waiting.
I tested the water by dipping one foot in. It was not cold. The only thing that covered my bones was my own skin.
Shameless — that was how I was in front of you.
Powerless — as I was only a fragment in this immense depth of yours.
I skinny dipped in you, let your water caress my soul.
Your wiped my tears dry and lifted me up. Said you and I were one. Therefore, I would never sink.
Minutes, hours, or lifetimes had passed. I blinked and woke up to a warm morning.
I tried to search for traces of the dreams, nothing was found but a warm sunlight coming through my window.
