I used to be anxious about unimportant things. I shared this with my close friend and received a really good advice. Let's call my friend, "Panda". 🐼 Panda told me about the "Send it to the Universe" framework he often uses to remove unnecessary thoughts. I gave it a try and just like magic, it worked. Now I can deal with it better and I feel free!! Thanks to Panda!
So today, I'll share this with you one of the anxiety management techniques, in case it is useful for anyone who's going through a bad time.

The idea is to send away what I call a "mind trash" to the universe because you don't want it. You have to use your imagination a little bit to make it work.
The steps are simple:
Admit that there are things troubling your mind. You are aware of it and you want to get rid of it.
Try to make a solid picture of your problems. Make it a physical object in black and white. Make it dull and super boring. Then imagine this object becoming smaller and smaller until it's so tiny.
Search for a smallest box then put this "dust-size" anxiety bead inside the box. You might want to secure the package, tape it.
Then, you send it to the universe. ✨ You can even make it more fun by creating your imaginary "UFO" delivery service. haha.
Now we know the theory, but how do we define unimportant things that are bothering us? It is very subjective because each person has different problems. However, I can give you the criteria that I use to define the problems that need to go.
Your problems are unnecessary if:
It'll lose its importance in a short time, may be a few weeks or a few months.
It takes up too much of your energy, without yielding any positive future.
"ugh, people". When it comes to problems with people, don't take it personally. It is definitely a problem you can send it to the universe.
That's it! Simple yet effective! Try it for yourself and practice until you get into a habit.
Cheers,
Maprang
